I’d not rule out being back by dinner time on a Friday whilst tramping , it’s not something I recognise, I was just happy to get back
But I know loads who were done & in the car & home by not much after dinner time , would really ■■■■ me off when I’d think I had a early finish , asked for one ,got back 3 pm ) & the car park was deserted & you’d struggle to find somewhere to park the lorry , no idea how they did it , but they did
So don’t rule it out
Ah, but when you say “dinnertime”, bear in mind this job is in the Midlands, right? So are we talking northern “dinnertime” or southern “dinnertime”…
