Morning All, and thanks for the add…newbie question coming up and I only have 24hrs to find the answer before a Board Level meeting to discuss whether or not we require one.
We are looking at purchasing a 4.5T flatbed with a crew cab.

Q1 - Will driver require CPC as it not part of his normal job
Q2 - We will only carry our own goods - metalwork
Q3 - will we require an ‘O’ Licence - looking at some of the info will this be standard or restricted?
Q4 - We currently have a ford ranger with a max permissible mass of 3010kgs, however the mass in service weight is 1849kgs - should we have an ‘O’ licence for this?

Q2 - We will only carry our own goods - metalwork - At all times? If so go to Q3
