There will be two or three different wheelbase options which obviously determine permitted body dimensions. If you are thinking second hand chassis maybe an ex tanker (if there are any about) will be your best bet.
As previously suggested you could save a lot of hassle by using a tractor unit and a flat and tipping trailer. I know there could be a problems during wet weather but there are plenty of artics going on and off landfill sites etc.
Out of interest what are using for the job at present?
Fastracs at moment , but im tired of them .
Shortest 6x4 tipper you can find with 40 ft 4 axle A frame Scandinavian type flat trailer.
I always said you had problems with comprehension, Carryfast. The OP has said he doesn’t want a trailer, and why.
He said he wanted a tipper and a flat trailer but not an artic because soft ground.
Why a 4 axle scandi (apart from your obvious fetish for same), a tandem with a single axle dolly will do exactly the same job behind a 3 axle tipper. Or do you not understand what ‘6x4’ means?
Are there many tandem axel single axel dolly trailers about for sale ?
