One Insurance question

Rikki-UK:
We’re always looking to improve our service to potential, new and existing customers and it’s good to hear from the customers point of view what they’re looking for. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated and we’ll try to respond to any constructive comments made. What do you look for when buying insurance? Is it all about service, price or benefits, or is it a mixture of them all?

Rikki, do you own or run an insurance company?

Not me  have added a note to make clear it was posted on behalf of the forum sponsor :bulb:

Thanks

I have my motor and home insurance with NFU and cannot fault the service. No need to speak to some non English speaking half wit at a call centre as the NFU have offices all over the country. Earlier this year I was the victim of 2 burgleries, in each case I received payment within 5 days of putting in the claim. I did lapse with my motor insurance a couple years ago and thought I would get something cheaper through a company called Adrian Flux, when a change of vehicle arose 2 months into the policy they refused to refund the remaining 10 months saying I paid for 12 months and that’s it! I went back to NFU

My neighbour and myself are nearly the same age,we both run similar cars, the only difference is occupation.I am a HGV driver,he works for the gas board, why is mine more expensive?because i do a lot of miles and more of a risk!

its all about the benefits and of course the price

Hi guys, I’m looking for insurance for my truck. I’ve found insurance-hgv.co.uk/ and asked for a quote. Can you guys advise of anywhere else I can get a good quote?
