Hi guys, hope one of you can help. I am loading tomorrow for Italy, going to transit Swiss, but heard from another driver that both St Louis and Chiasso are closed Thursday 13 May, is this so■■? I think that france has got bans on friday?? Any help is appreciated.
All I can tell you is that Fri May 13th is a bank holiday in Swiss,so your info looks like being correct. 
Friday is Ascension day ,can’t see a holiday listed in France,but with them,who knows? 
So the signs in Ponte Chiasso said, yes they are ferme Thursday.
it is a driving ban in France and in Swiss , it would be better if
you went via the tunnel as the Swiss will be full from vehicles
that have not made it also the queue in the custom yards will
be long and be prepared for delays at the Götthard tunnel
, you may find it better to go via France as the border has no
complications , where abouts are you dropping your load in
Italy ,
the 13th is a holiday, therefore driving ban, in france, germany and swiss
