The John Miller Scania takes me back to way before i had my Class 1 … was working as a forkie and did a bit of shunting in their motors…

Some real good photos amongst this lot ,this is the era when i was truck mad,i had a few month working for pete osbourne and drove the f16 loads of times ,attracted way too much attention and ■■■■ take from other drivers ,you couldnt hear the radio inside the cab for the noise from the stacks,there is a photo of one of john m philips scanias amongst them for irish lorries to have a look at aswell :wink: :wink: :wink:

It was written off at one time ,it run up the back of a tipper then osbourne bought it back and did it back up,thats when it ended up with super singles on the front and different bits and bobs done to it,it was white and green leather inside,it was the first unit osbourne bought when he set up as a owner driver ,i forgot about the fotos i will dig them out i think they are in my mams loft ,i think :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Ray Vowels . Roger ( Nooki Bear) worked on the blocks out of Westbury Wilts and the arse of Brian , He used to drive a green twin long wheel based transit delivering round D&C family courier business .lived nr Bristol then moved to a place just off the A30 Hatfield is Dads CB name was Worzel
