My god that’s a shocking picture, how the heck did he survive that ?
i don’t think he was badly hurt at all. but the worst thing was he was carrying a sample of glue in the cab, and got covered in glue,

Hi Tamworth1. You did well to reload all those pallets, and take a photo, before the driver finished his tea.

Ha Ha Anorak, the pallets were already loaded ready to go, the Merc went over coming off the A5 bypass at Ventura Park Tamworth with a load of reels on, it was recovered to our yard for a quote !!
M6 motorway near Stoke in the early 60’s, the Thames Trader cattle truck had broken down loaded with cows and was stationary on the hard shoulder when the driver of the Ford D series came flat out down the hard shoulder fast asleep !
Not a lot left of that D Series

I THINK the F89 was on the M20, coming in from the continent, lost it ( and a trailer ) down an embankment…my legal team advice me not to give too many details !!.. driver un-hurt
The F10 was broken down in Germany and side swipped by a German truck, driver un-hurt
The F7 “ran off the road” in Belgium, avoiding…errrrrrr…my legal team advice me etc, etc,. driver un-hurt
Another view of the F89

Hi Dave,
Great pic’s,as your legal representative I am glad you didn’t reveal the drivers names,as I feel a claim coming on
They must have recabbed the F10 as I brought it from Princes and ran it for a few years Mike Mott drove it doing Belgium/Holland groupage every week, the pic shows it with an F12 badge on which I think Mick added to keep up with the Dutch lads
I’ve sent you a PM.
Regards
Richard
