You must have a regular daily rest period of eleven hours completed within the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift, the daily rest period can be reduced to nine hours three times between weekly rest periods.
In other words you can do three 15 hour shifts between weekly rest periods, the other shifts can be no more than 13 hours unless you have split daily rest periods.
