Back to the subject of trucks,does anyone remember an owner driver called J J Robinson?He had a day cab F7 artic tipper and then an ERF E series.Both were well turned out.He used to do the job from swallwell coal disposal site up to bates colliery at blyth amongst other things,i used to go with my dads mate who drove for Gordon Seymour.

Can`t say I remember them steviemoy, f7sidd prob the man :exclamation:

Whilst I was fixing the attachment tags to dispay an extra pic that wouldn’t show, I noticed that it’s the same pic twice, but I didn’t have the heart to delete it, cos you’d posted that there were two. :wink:

Its lovely too see tulips old motors,i grew up seeing most of them every day,the old leyland has only just dissapeared from round the back of the yard,it had a tree growing through the middle of the cab.shame they are no more :neutral_face:

can anyone tell me who the kids are on wraggs shovel because it looks the dabs of my brothers.

One of them is a very young Brian Wragg, I worked with him at Fjord Line in the 90s he will be in his mid fortys now. He was a bonny bairn on the photo, wonder what happened■■? Ps I think he’s woolyback but he won’t admit it.
