Basically the company I worked for started taking £10 a week from all its employes from the 1st December 2012, because lads were crashing them the letter stated that if you don’t crash the van within the 12 month period the individual will get the money back in a lump sum or if you leave before that without having a incident you will receive the money in the final salary payment.
Which we had to sign, which I never did sign.
On the wage slips it states van insurance £10 deductions.
Basically i had a few things in the van which got damaged and the company is trying to take the van insurance money for theses?
Which the company with have contents insurance as things have been broken before its reached the customers house on other vans etc…
Can anyone advise me on how to get my money back
