I cannot find a post explaining this specifically, but I have an avatar - 2 x 2kb - a gif of a wagging tail. I cannot get it assigned as my avatar, what am I doing wrong please?
Possibly the easiest way is to host it on Photobucket and add a link to it in your profile.
Paste the link into section labeled Link to off-site Avatar, click submit and your Avatar should appear.
