Oi fat boy

Not sure if this lives here??

About ten months ago, I was a “comfortable” size 36" waist, after months of cutting out/down the takeaways and crap food and healthy eating and no snacking etc and I guess doing a fairly physical job hopes, just got myself into a size of 32" jeans, and didn’t have to stop breathing or constrict myself to get in them, and they are now my “comfortable” size

Don’t really know the point in this post, but I was pleased with myself and wanted to let people know :grimacing:

You have done well mate, think I had better try it !!!

Cheeky barsteward!! I told you I’d do it, didn’t think it’d come round so soon though. The thing is I bought myself a few pairs of 32" jeans, as a challenge to myself that I was going to get into them and they’d not be a waste of money, in hindsight I shouldn’t have done that, as two pairs fit me comfortably, one pair will need a bit of “working in” and one pair are too tight on my leg area, as they are a different style. All from the same shop before anyone tells me they’ll be a different size fitting :stuck_out_tongue:

Suppose I’d better celebrate with a big curry and ten pints of stella tonight

Well done mate, it’s always nice to lose a bit, I’ve managed to go from a 44 down to a 38 being comfortable, my new “smaller” work uniform is a 40 and was issued in December and is now way too big.

Must be me that is a 28" waist

Hey Garnerlives I’ve got some 28" and 30" waist jeans giong spare  , nearly new, no fifth wheel grease on them, going out on the razzle jeans :unamused:
I used to be a small now I am an XL fat barsteward, good job I’m not 5’ 2"
By the way well done, me, I am too addicted to chocolate   , it used to be cashew nuts, then ice cream :frowning: :frowning:

:open_mouth: I’ve been able to lose a little weight recently too…

I achieved this by cutting out unnecessary calories like extra portions of lettuce and salady stuff from my diet. :sunglasses:

All joking aside though Jon, that’s a great achievement. Nice one mate!!

Its a great feeling when you lose weight! I used to be a 38 waist now i’m down to a 34 and hope to go down to 32. You have more energy and don’t get out of breath so easily. I started cycling to work and it’s only about 4 miles and at first, I couldn’t even talk when I got off the bike! Now I can ride over 40 miles and feel fine. On Monday I went for a cycle. I left my house in Grangemouth and ended up in princes street in Edinburgh!!

Keep up the good work Jon!

Have you updated your sat-nav recently??  :grimacing:

It was the dodgy brakes!!

It took me until haymarket to stop!!
