I somehow thought there was an obituary section on here? I was obviously wrong.
Anyway … It is with regret that I have to inform you of the passing of a fellow driver who most CB’ers from the 70’s and 80’s would know if they travelled the M1 at night. Terry Abraham, otherwise known as ‘Jaffa Cake’ passed away last week due to an illness connected to aspestos. Terry was a great guy and such good fun on the CD back in the day. I got the news from Diesel Dan and am passing it on.
RIP Terry
Sorry to hear the news … RIP driver.

There is
You post it in here first though and after a period it gets moved to that section.
Nice to see you back Neil…I’m in the usual place!!!
Bloody hell…more sad news. I remember Jaffa back in the 80’s when I was on Tolemans. Always had some banter with him. One of the days good lads. Rip mate.
never knew terry, but its allways sad when a fellow driver passes away in those circumstances, r i p chap
Last time I saw Terry was at my 50th birthday party which was held in Towcseter conservative club, it had been a surprise arranged by my wife and my best mate, we flew over for my little girls christening in Northampton cathederal and the surprise party came later.
Jaffa Cake and Billygoat came together, both worked the night shift with me at Swifts in the 80’s.
