Hi is it usual for thecTC to miss the target completion date on an application. Mine was yesterday 17th March and I’ve heard nothing? Looks like i will be making a call on Monday!

I’m 12 days overdue on an app for just 1 vehicle and trailer, myself. (Due on 19th)
Every phonecall to the case-worker you just get 'Sorry, but it’s already been passed on to the TC, so we can’t tell you anything else until they tell us something. Oh and even though we can’t tell you when you can expect to hear back, we also cannot now allow you to have an interim license in the meantime…"
“Even though we directly advised you NOT to take an interim license out earlier, because you’d hear back within 10 working days.”
It’s now 21 working days since that ‘10 working days’ phonecall. And now they’re refusing to give any ETA, any info, and apparently there’s nothing to be done.
Except wait.
Not like I have customers waiting, or bills to pay, eh?
