Running his own trucks is essential to his business, but he will have a ccj against his credit history, and I think there maybe complications for his O’Licence (he’s also the TM/CPC holder) and probably an appointment for tea and biscuits with Mrs Bell 
I can’t see anything on the VOSA web site about ccj’s affecting a TM’s good repute, anyone know?, I’ve got a feeling If the the [zb] does hits the fan, he’ll ask me to be his TM, and I want to be ready and unavailable if he does

I have just checked GV74, a guide to operator licensing and there is no mention of a ccj or bankruptcy, but the financial requirement must still be met, €9000 for the first and €5000 for the rest.
I looked at our local taxi and private hire officers site and they prohibit taxi operators with a ccj.
The best men to answer this question will be these scumbags who have a prepack all ready set up, they seem to go bust, put a full stop in their trading name and back at it on a Monday morning. hunkydory.com

on the application form of any recent bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation or disqualification in
relation to a company. Applicants are asked for details of financial resources and to give
supporting evidence (such as bank statements and statement of
assets, or most recent accounts).
Don’t mention CCJ’s only bankruptcy
