And that’s why you should drive not only with consideration to the road and weather conditions but also with consideration of the load you’re carrying,
Especially with curtain-siders to many people seem to take the out of sight out of mind option 
Doesn’t look like any load restraint at all on that, still, even if it had a hundred chains and a thousand straps I’d never anchor on the way that guy did.

China, (especially China!!) never seem to amaze me with their almost total disregard for any sort of safety culture, whether that be road transport, factory or whatever.
That woman who was crushed under that forklift a while back immediately springs to mind. Bloody horrific.
