I think thats bad about the woman who has been told she must pay hundred a month, because she has two sons in the army, and should get lodgers, it is bad when you serve and may die for your counyty, then told you have not room at home, because your mother is forced to have lodgers, surely allowances should have been put in before these charges were put in to action.

As you say Norm,that lady should be exempt from these extra charges if her Sons are serving their country.If their home is still with their Mother the authorities should leave things as they are.

During the call up for the second world war, I always remember a comment from a toffee nose conservative type women on a film clip I saw when I was a lad, she said out of the blue, why do they have to call up my son John, when Mrs Smith has seven sons, little did she know that two of her sons had been killed in the navy already for they was regular sailors. 
My point is then the tories had no idea about the working man, now 73 years have passed, and they still have not changed or learnt how they live, or even care,

Harry my knee are one of the only thing I am sure of getting me up! I told you before I can also ■■■■ my legs up and wash my feet in the basin. 
As for a nighthood from that lot, they can give it to those donkey’s, who are always naying ( neighing), I am fed up of the tories treating us like " Mushrooms" they feed us " BullS**t and always keep us in the Dark!

Yes Dave growing old is not at all it’s cracked up to be, everthing seems to shrink, even your highth. 
I haven’t shrunk Norm,still six foot, measured recently,could do with losing some weight to get down from sixteen stone to about fourteen would be a start.
