I can’t get logged in from my laptop which I recently upgraded to Windows 10, I’m being told my password is wrong. I’ve clicked the link to be sent a new password a few times but no email ever arrives. There are no filters either on my TruckNet account or my email account to delete such emails, any idea what is occurring?
Your password obviously works as you posted in here- so I would delete your cookies on your laptop in case one has been corrupted- and all your temporay internet files- give that a try
Yes, I posted this from my desktop and it’s set to log me in automatically. I’ll have a look in the week, although I can’t see why cookies would prevent an email arriving?
