Going to France on saturday for pleasure, would like to get a decent fish & chip tea or similar south of Dartford, prior to crossing, any recommendations?
I think there is a truckers type cafe on the A296 (which leads to the A2) but I cannot remember exactly where as it was over 10 years ago - maybe someone else can give some updated info on it…

Dont know about fish and chips but the only place i can think of on a sat. thats open is nells a2 on the gravesend turnoff. Used to be ok but cant give you an up to date answer ive bin ret. 7yrs.

Anyone know of good place to park every night next week at Shirley?
Am working out of Ind Est just off the M42, cant think of name of it now, turn off the motorway past tesco and McD’s up to the roundabout chuck a right then left.
I know I can park on that estate but fancy somewhere nearer the food and drink stops.
