It is best called a quarry. Apparently it was once a volcano? But even the OldTimers contributors have no memory of that.
Still in use today I believe.
i bet its that old quarry where all the slags in their mark 10 jags and such got wrecked trying to get away from jack regan in the sweeney as there was similar carnage in every second episode.
