Anyone know of a legal team that can go after an agency? I’ve not been paid for 60 hours annual holiday (and so have a few other drivers looking at Trustpilot).
They’ve been ignoring my emails since early December and a request for their grievance procedures has also been ignored.

Paying a legal eagle to recover your money probably would leave you with very little, for an amount this small you could try a small claims court application, but first make sure you weren’t on a “rolled up holiday pay” scheme
No, they’ve paid me 30 hours.
