Ok, so I had my 45 hour weekly rest on Sunday 18th and Monday 19th June. Been doing a bit of overtime, and have had singular days off, not done more than 5 days in a row, but my next 45 hours rest will be Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th July. Is this legal? I used to just to Monday to Friday so never had to deal with this!
Yes you can do that if you’re not working more than 5 days in a row because you have to have a full weekly rest in any two consecutivelyFIXED weeks but remember you have to compensate for the reduction and it has to be in one single block so at some point you’ve got to attach that to a daily or weekly rest period.
