FH14 ?!?

W T F ?

Yes… it’s spicial built for Norway.  …either just take an 4 from an 460… and ther it is ,a FH 14.

Ah right! A bit like glory-boy Scania drivers who change the 3 in 380 to a 5 and nick someones V8 badge?

I used to drive an old 140. & the old boys used to look under the cab when I parked just to make sure it was a V8.

Great photos as always.

All of your pictures are of really top spec motors immaculately finished. Are they all like that over there or are these just the best examples?

yes and no… it’s nice to show beautifeul rigs on a foto forum…but if you go backt to the first page, can you see some normal one’s…

some stunning trucks and scenery there martin, thanks.

i missed out on a trip to bergen the other week, i was well gutted

I loved the first lot. Now THAT’S snow. Remember a few years ago when the M11 ground to a halt for 24 hours because they forgot to send the gritters out? How would we cope in Blighty with weather like that??!!

I remember reading one of Bill Bryson’s stories about his visit to Hammerfest, which is over 100 miles north of the arctic circle. He called the snow there ‘the kind of snowdrift where it starts snowing when you go to bed, and you don’t see your car again til next April’!!

Ã…m drivingschool Volda. Mercedes V8 2550

cheers martin as usual wonderful pictures

thanks a lot

that merc to learn in!!! its better than stuff i live in!

As you can see is the sun still shining in west Norway… :sunglasses:

Good snaps Martin. That driving school Merc reminds me of Swiss internal trucks. The weight limit is 28 t gross. The O/D’s on cobble stones used to have massive V8 Scania sleepers with about the same size tipper body as the Merc & a dinky trailer to match.
