Noobie driver - tacho help please

Hello all - just started a new career with a company driving 7.5t and 3.5t . Please could someone give me some advise

I will be driving both 3.5t lutons without tacho in and 7.5t and this changes from day to day.
After a day driving a 7.5t and ending the shift and removing the tacho , i then spend the following day in a 3.5t luton.
The day after i am then back in the 7.5t … what do i enter in the manual entry section when i get back in the 7.5t to cover previous day in the 3.5t.
Is it other work and the time that i worked

Personally, I’d question mark the period in the Luton and keep a logbook of my hours/breaks etc. Dunno if that’s correct as I’ve never had to do it. Others may possibly correct me
