Sorry if posted before. Just wanted to comment how I’ve only just come accross these for Android and IOS, and I’m giving them a go at the moment.
The main killer feature is that you can download entire maps (Free!) and then the app then works without internet.
This is decent map data too, NOT OpenStreetMap, and covers Europe and beyond.
So far I’m impressed.
Google maps uses no data if you don’t search or use as satnav. Juat switch on gps and use as a live atlas.
Here is ok but wont rotate with your phone. A nice backup when Google maps has one of it’s Window Licker days though.

On Android, it does (now) rotate with your phone. Not tested iPhone, but iPad does rotate now.
