I suppose if your gonna employ monkeys in the office they’ll get monkeys applying for the jobs

you call to this company today and ask can they wait you 2-3 week.and try get point in next 2-3 week

Have I missed something? It says MAX as in maximum so you cant have more than 6, not no less than 6.

read it again it says MUST HAVE

I read that as ‘Must have no more than’. In so much as maximum is the most, if it said minimum then Id get what you mean.

No point in applying for the job with no points as you MUST have at least 6 points…

NO YOU MUST HAVE AT MOST 6 POINTS.

Jesus Christ this is basic English people. Maximum-No more than. Minimum - No fewer than.

I really don’t see where the problem is. As a simple example: Must have MINIMUM Cat C (you need to have a Cat C licence, but Cat CE is also acceptable) Must have MAXIMUM Cat C (you can’t have this unless you ONLY have Cat C as Cat CE wouldn’t be acceptable)

You must have AT MOST 6 points not AT LEAST.

Badly worded that be!!

Either way, I’m out, I don’t have six points :stuck_out_tongue:

likewise, I have none

Then you’d both be eligible if you had 7 point you wouldn’t.

This is so easy, I cant believe the confusion it’s causing, lets look at different scenarios.
Must have maximum of 6 points = you can have anywhere between 0 & 6 points
Must have 6 points = you must have exactly 6 points, no more no less
Must have minimum of 6 points = you can have anywhere between 6 & 12 points (not taking into account those with more than 12 but who still hold a licence)

these companies should be closed down…they hardly encourage safe driving do they  :smiling_imp:

I can’t believe there was ever any confusion either - if a speed limit sign said you must do a maximum of 30mph, how fast would they drive?

I am thick
