Having been working nights for the last few weeks I’ve just recently had a week training for a fork lift licence on days.
I’m wondering if i’m intitled to still get my normal rate of pay?

If you normally work nights but had to go onto days just for your training then I’d say yes but it depends on how good your company is, but I’m guessing your company will try and save a weeks worth of night premium.
I’d say that if you normally work nights and the training is for a job on nights you should get paid the night rate, however you should really have got an agreement on this before doing the training.
Unless there’s a company policy on the issue you’re pretty much at the companies mercy now.
