Just wanted to ask is the same eu rules to day driving as night driving? I am new on this.Sorry about the silly question.

Exactly the same for the EU regs

The RTD (WTD) does have a max 10 hours working time - not duty time - limit of 10 hours unless you have opted out by workforce agreement

Does this count if my customers PAYE staff haven’t opted out??

VOSA do not seem interested in the RTD and have nothing on their sanctions list for ingringements of it
