Morning everyone. Just joined the site-it looks very good and informative!

I have just applied for my Class 2 provisional and had a question. I have read whats already in here but cant find the specific question.

I have high blood pressure, which has been controlled for years now by tablets.

My reading for the D4 at the doctors was 138/83, which is OK I think.

What I am worried about is that the DVLA will see the list of blood pressure tablets on the form (the doctor wrote them in). So will that automatically mean they will want more readings, or is the fact the reading on the day OK mean they will be happy with that?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

I’m sure you’ll be fine. Your reading was fine, though controlled medically. Many of us have conditions that are controlled and cause no problem.
