New site at Riggend, Airdrie

I am opening a new site at Riggend (Stirling Road) on the former Gullivers site, across from Riggend Truck Stop.

Primarily it will be operating in the daytime as a car wash/truck wash. (£10 cab, £10 trailer, £10 internal)

I have space for storage/parking on a weekly basis.
I have a large workshop area with inspection pit

I will be installing showers, toilets, a lounge and basic kitchen facilities in the near future. Suggested costs for overnight parking with these facilities would be appreciated.

Guy are welcome to pull in and use the inspection pit free of charge, its obviously under cover. If any work is required I am thinking of a £30 per hour hire charge, does that seem reasonable?

I am trying to avoid this being blatant advertising, I am actually looking for advice on what I should supply/charge and all feedback would be appreciated.

What would you guys like to see, and more importantly, find a good deal? The site is fenced all round and will have cctv installed.

I don’t know the area, but is

“across from Riggend Truck Stop”

going to mean you’re competing for parking customers ?
