As title explains I am a new pass C+E based in Derbyshire.
Just here looking for a few ideas/pointers on how to gain that all important experience as a new pass!
I’ve spent hours upon hours searching the web and jobsites for new pass work! Not seeming to have much luck in finding anything.
I have around 8 months experience on Cat C and currently employed in a permanent role which is great! no room for progression into C+E within current role which is not!
C+E is where I want to be! Thoughts and recommendations welcome.

It’s best to apply directly rather than through an agency. That way, you get regular start times, guaranteed hours, holiday pay, sick pay, and maybe pension contributions.
