Every time I go past that one at Wednesbury side of M6 it looks empty lol. Maybe it’s busier during the day.
I have seen a new warehouse spring up next to the new M1 junc north of Luton and wondered who it was for. Wouldn’t mind betting a few more will crop up there over the next few years.
That only took them about a decade to build lol.
