Apple cider is deffo an ally in the health.stakes.Used it myself for a year to impressive results…Avoid Braggs version though, the most popular brand worldwide,as B-Gates now owns it, so you can bet there will be additives of a non effacacious nature lurking within ?,plus Gates is (stop me if you’ve heard this one before) a Rockefeller bag-man, those great champions of human health ?
Easy to make at home but…good luck finding apples not covered in another Gates product ? (apeel) a highly dubious waxed fruit covering. A good indice of a healthy product is if Gates&Co are nearby interfering in the production processing of said comestibles.
