it is mainly to be targeted at middle lane hoggers.

Moving On is Nolans logo that was written on the front,did the driver ring the transport in his language,or an agent at his home country that pays for all fines,like an insurance agent,that deals with the fines,he was on his cab phone while filming the driver.
The programme said trucks are a menace on the road,was the poilce man looking for Dennis the Menace?
His fine was £460 for driving hours offences,and he got the clamp.
The copper was on about a driver that was watching Finding Nemo on his lap top while driving,and the lack of footwear the Nolans driver was not wearing,the interviewer thought it was illegal,bless his cotton socks.

Trouble is that the 4x4 driver would also need to be in the middle lane for the ‘moron’ to read it, because as we all know they do not recognise the inside or the outside lanes!

I make a point of overtaking them in L3 then carving straight across to the empty L1 in front of them. Some get the message.
