From the point of view of getting into trouble it’s less of a problem if it’s solely van work with no tacho fitted but it is a big risk if there’s a maxed out digicard attached to your name.

Are you doing the same and mixing HGV driving jobs with your own van work or justing running a van 7 days a week?

7 days a week don’t make me laugh ive hot a family. Yes I do mix work or truck quiet find work for the van. But the work I do is same day as a subby there’s actually very little work around at weekends unless you got on anyvan or Shipley im not into that. So only work the van if I’ve no hgv work on
