Two questions:
1.In the last few seconds of the clip,there is a shot of a Tirfor winch, wich rope and eye bolt on the floor,what’s this for?
2.The very last shot,there’s guy appears to be screwing the eye bolt into the side of the turntable,why?
It could be that the eye bolt and winch are how the turntable really rotates?Or is this how you get out of trouble if the automation packs in?

I think that it incase the turntable stops working. They can then winch it round with the truck on it.

Everytime I have been there it has always worked ok so I have never seen the winch being used.
