I am guessing judging by the research I have done, that a unit registered in the Netherlands in 1978 would have had to have a tacho fitted

Introduction of the tacho for the “cloggies” was a bit earlier, if my memory serves me well, it takes us back to '74…?

In the Nederlands can the tachy in '74, Belgium '77.
But the general use in the UC was from '78.
When came it in the UK ■■? later as we yes.
But never known how to use it correctly, only how to fiddle it.
