Not sure what you mean. Places like Gullivers do but I’m guessing he’s tried them and everything is out. I hired one with a grab to get top soil into sister in laws garden.

Why? Plenty of places do self drive hire, it’s just finding a company that has availability
There are firms working on the Oxford-Bicester railway upgrade that are running re imported tippers because of the shortage. We’ve looked at buying new and secondhand, bags of junk are being advertised for stupid money. Seen a five year old Hino for sale for £30k. Daf offered that for our 09 reg 8wheeler.
