I can’t see what the cyclist would be trying to claim for anyway, the truck driver letting him know he was there by tooting his horn? You can’t claim for something that “nearly happened” can you? In this case the video proves who was in the wrong, as usual, as is the case with Magnatom, though of course we don’t see tend to see the videos where the transgressor was doing the filming.
