This mind sound a really stupid question, but where do you get nameplates made up :blush:

Place at Lymm Truckstop does em, ebay, in fact anywhere you can get ‘show’ plates from…

Had a nice Coddy one made up at Detling show last year, then left it on the truck when I sold it :confused:

halfords did mine - might get them cheaper somewhere else though :question:

Just type into google Custom Number plates and it will come up with what writing, logo, background, under text you want.
Fill it all in and pay.

i think you may need your eyes testing. after all its pretty big, i hope your never behind me when traffic stops with your dodgy sight!

guessing u mean sommat like this

i also have this on the crash helmet for the bike

and have me name on front panel of me bike to in the letters they use for car names was very cheap to buy them from halfords

I always thought they were supposed to have your site username on them lol. But ON TOW would suit you, mine should say GROUNDED after four weeks in the yard.

I’d disagree. Your site user name means nothing to non members but having the ZB tag really catches the eye of fellow truckneters

Tackleberry is what Im called at work, its do with my initials - S Watt as in SWAT, the American armed police which graduated from being called Tactical thence to Tackleberry from Police Academy, Tackleberry has kinda stuck now and at one point even made it to the rotas :laughing:
Watty doesnt need any explanation, but Snotty is what a mate calls me because it rhymes with Watty :wink:
Either way, On Tow, Tackleberry or Snotty would stand out from the crowd a bit… :laughing:

Well it’s harmless, but I agree with yorkshireborn - it’s pretty naff!

What’s worse and really ruins the look of a truck, is all the stupid stickers, cuddly toys, furry leopard/tiger design seat covers, and those triangular european flags draped across the windscreen, collected from all the places they most likely HAVEN’T been! :unamused: :unamused:

Still, each to their own!
