Not sure what rights you’re referring to, but if you mean workers employment rights you gave them up when you became self employed.

What r u trying to say? i dont have any rights? it is better staying like agency worker?please b serious
thanks
you will have the same basic safety rights as any employee but for all intents and purposes you make your own contract between you and the company giving you the work
Was there any specific part of a contract that you wish to know about?

I was being serious, you’re self employed so what employment rights do you think you have ?
I’m not being funny mate but asking what rights you have is like asking how long a piece of string is, if you’re more specific about what sort of thing you’re talking about we may be able to help.
I don’t know if the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 have any bearing on self employed agency drivers but I doubt it, though I haven’t studied them so I could be wrong.

I am afraid that Tachograph is correct…when you became self employed, you gave up all of your employment rights for starters. Of course you still have H&S rights but really changing from employed to Self employed is a whole new ball game…Really, you need to distance yourself from the other drivers and certainly do not get involved in company politics as you can and will be dropped like the preverbial ■■■■■■ stick…

So is this question about agency rates ?
Self employed agency workers generally get £1 per hour more than drivers employed by the agency, but there’s no legal obligation on the agency to pay that.
If you’re not happy with the money you’re being paid on agency you have three choices:
Try to get a better rate, sometimes this can be done by getting onto a different job/contract with the same agency.
Find another agency that pays better rates.
Find a regular none agency job.
