Can anyone help me? Whilst downloading updates for my MY GUIDE 3000 satnav i seem to of deleted some of the original settings so it will not run, Has/Can anyone got/get any access to the original software to this satnav please?THIS SATNAV

They will probably ask you to pop the SD card in the post to them, then they will re-flash (put the info back on) it for you, and send it back.

Cheers Alex will try ringing them as have already e-mailed them and they,ve not replied. 
And, if they do manage to sort it for you, make a back up of the SD onto a CD. That way if this ever happens again you can just copy all the data back onto the SD card and you’ve lost nothing…and the unit will still run
