I have the pleasure of waking in the early hours to use this lot 
I was never a fan of the previous lot and wouldn’t normally use them but a customer was offered a trial discount and is using me as a guinea pig anyone on here used this lot since they came back from the dead ?

Well I have to agree having now been subjected to their infomous customer service. I once heard the french were the best hosts in the world - seafrance proved this wrong and this lot don’t deserve a second chance.
yesterdays sailing on the rodin left 10 minutes late but arrived on time only 12 trucks onboard I could see (upper deck empty) The hot breakfast was declined in favour of Croissant roll and coffee which wasn’t hot. Sailing back the Berlioz was on time but the food - chicken curry was warm (always worry when chicken isn’t hot) and the chocolate cake gateaux was good.
The interesting thing is my trucks do up to 15 return trips per week (maximum 17) but I cannot get the rate that my customer was offered despite him only buying a maximum of 8 trips a month (he is a farm machinery dealer) ! So DFDS it is or P and O if I need to ie south west bound.
