Beware of shrinkage due to long periods of not being used.Use them or lose them.Simple stretches and exercises on rest breaks to losen up,after 10 hours sat down.No need to go mad and be a Geoff Capes,just enough to get the blood pumping around,such as a stroll along the lanes,when parked up.Lower back,hip flexor tend to give grief.

Toby, I have got a muscle in my body that was last saw any action about 5 years ago. 
I don,t think that a walk down any lane is going to do it a lot of good. 
. 
Maybe if I could get a bird in her mid 30,s, and with big nockers ,the old pork sword might show a bit of interest. Or am I expecting too much of the old lad at 74 and 3/4 years of age?? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
