Hi one and all im new to this site … :grimacing: Im hoping some of you can give me some answers I got a snooper s900 its ok it does the job " sort off " its only 3 weeks old so it came with 2011 maps …
1st i cant put the speed cam on to the nav it says DLL FILE ** missing on pc

.2nd I called snooper to asked for advice all I got was a person who didnt even want to know even if i was to asked for the time … the sat nav has tryed to send me down 7.5 when i have set it for 44t and low bridges when they are clearly not for the last few years i have been useing the roads .

.3rd im unable to get any post codes of london or address it says no route poss… change it to car setting and its ok but not in truck mode snooper says its down to the london lorrie zone so at the end of the day what use is it for ■■

Does it give the name of the missing DLL file?
Re-installing the software that came with the snooper should fix that.

sorry its taken long to get back to you been working away its a RAPI.DLL ive uninstalled and reinstalled the software

That dll is part of MS ActiveSync, usually for Windows mobile devices. The Snooper software may use parts of it as well though
You can download Activesync from the MS website, here.

Install it and hopefully problem solved. :smiley:
