Is it worth beefing charged with GBH and aggravated vehicle damage , then going to Bristol for no tea or biscuits

I know a farmer who carries a short scaffolding pole in his tractor as he has had a few incidents of road rage.
It won’t end well with the Traffic Commissioner, they will probably dig around the employers tachograph records for the driver and all the drivers at the company.

According to this article the lorry was a white Scania.
As the saying goes, they do walk amongst us
