Moving wagon with no card

This is the situation…
I work for a company that only have a few wagons which are all parked in the garage at the weekend and overnight.
I have the only digital taco so if my wagon is blocking the door or if it needs moving then it is being moved around with no taco in.
I always get a print out before I insert my card to show that the missing klm aren’t down to me .

Can anyone tell me the correct procedure…cheers

Every company I’ve ever worked at move vehicles around the yard with no driver card inserted and I’ve never bothered to take printouts and to the best of my knowledge nor have any of the other drivers, the vehicle is on private property and no-one bothers about small movements here or there as long as they’re not being done as part of your shift so don’t worry about it

Yes, the correct procedure is as follows. Get in the truck. Press OK to clear the driving without card warning. Insert your card. Continue as normal. That’s all.
