Dont know if its been asked before ? how do you move a forum to another forum without re-writing and re- posting the pics .

No assume you mean a thread. Such as this one and not a forum such as TNUK.
I don’t think you can. It’s down to the mods of the sub forum to do it.
At the top of the sub forum you posted in originally you will see a list of the moderators responsible for that sub forum. Private message one of them and ask and explain why you want it moved and if they agree they’ll move it.
Or copy (select text and CTRL C) and paste (click in field and CTRL V)
Then change the original topic to delete please and remove all the text
(CTRL A DELETE)
Forgot to add if you delete all before you mean to. Use CTRL Z
