Depends which depot. I left Morrisons last month and I was taking c.£34,000 based on an average of 53 hours a week. I was a day driver. Night drivers were knocking on for £40,000. Where I was drivers were working anywhere between 48 - 65 hours a week (TM’s got to know who wanted the longer hours and gave them longer runs). Although since the new year there appeared to a cut back on overtime.

is the 53 hours including breaks?
Yes. At the depot I was at you get deducted 15 mins per day. So a 53 hour working week would mean 51 and three quarters pay. Anything over 45 hours is overtime rate and you also get weekend and unsociable hours uplifts.
