Anyone know wot montys nightmen are earning these days? Worked there 3 yr back and take home was only £330 for Mon-Fri 5 shifts. Out of work at moment so does anyone know if its improved?
I have absolutely no experience of Montgomerys so can’t really with any authority quote on their wage structure.
Ask yourself this though, in the last three years can you name a single occupation (with the exception of MP’s 
) that has had a pay rise worth talking about!
I left them bout a year and a half ago money was 70 a shift for days I done tramping for them and you were lucky to clear 400 hence why I left an still keep in touch with a couple of drivers and nothings changed

I used to work for them out of Crick and left due to a better wage offer on top of 3 consecutive years without having a pay rise , BUT I was earning more than has been quoted above 
I loved working that job and would go back tomorrow if the money was on a par with what I earn now .
I lasted 6 weeks on there before Xmas. This was on days mind
£365 per week for 55 hours. £8ph after 11 hrs.
Sats and suns were paid at a daily rate.
As has been said, go on agency £9ph days, £10ph nights (Ltd co or umbrella rates)
